Does promoting a worldwide FMCG leader with complete cross category marketing responsibility and an impressive A&P budget sound appealing?

One of the world’s leading FMCG consumer goods manufacturers with a prominent and category leading portfolio of leading brands is currently searching for a trusted, creative and determined Marketing Director to be the central voice in the development of creative long term marketing planning.

Reporting directly into the Global Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading a small yet powerful marketing team as the business enters a new and exciting chapter in their successful history. You will be part of the taskforce assigned with doubling growth through creative and innovative commercial marketing plans.

You will own the P+L and help drive sales through creative brand plans through established Digital, ATL and BTL channels. You will also be responsible for shaping the new brand presence and product launches as part of an on-going NPD pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in a similar role steering organisational strategy for a branded FMCG blue chip business. You will be an expert in creating insightful and cost effective marketing solutions and work in a fluid and productive manner. Those with blue chip experience are sought after although this is not essential as all will be considered. Line management experience is essential as you will be leading a small established team.
