The Company

-Our client is a leading light in the UK non-grocery FMCG product categories. They have an enviable record of growth both in the UK and internationally.

Due to internal promotion and development they now have an opportunity for a Customer Marketing Manager to focus on one of their most important retailer customers.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for:

- Executing Best in Class Category Management to ensure the company are delivering against customer initiatives 

- Understanding Category Development Drivers and how 4P tactics will deliver growth

- Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally

- Managing a direct report and cross-functional teams to help drive category growth

- Managing the range review process and merchandising initiatives

- Translate and analyse data to recommend in-store actions aimed at strengthening the category

The ideal person will be a proactive, tenacious and creative individual who has the desire to succeed and growth the bottom line. You will be an expert communicator with an analytical mindset.
