Job Description

Caterlyst are looking for a Client Services Account Director with outstanding client service skills to manage and develop a range of blue chip clients, with a small team of Account Managers. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-growing business and take a leading role in shaping its future.

You will lead the commercial relationship with existing blue chip clients. This will include partnering with your clients and interpreting their sales and marketing needs, shaping clear solutions with CRM Sales Management and Lead Generation proposals. You will lead on projects and service delivery, pro-actively managing clients and ensuring consistent high levels of service and support.

You will be inquisitive and challenging, helping the client to see new opportunities, developing and delivering new solutions to delight them. Crucially, your commercial acumen will result in profitable, growing accounts, in line with targets.

You will enjoy leading client teams through Caterlysts’s sales management system and process, ensuring they are confident and engaged in its benefits. You’ll naturally work with the rest of the Caterlyst team to optimize the quality of data and sales solutions. And you’ll get plenty of opportu  toskisupport the MD in becoming an opinion-former in the market sector.

Desired skills and experience

Good sector experience is important as well asyour track record in managing outstanding client service, based on strong delivery and mutual respect .

You will currently be a leader in a similar client service or Account Director role, adept at managing relationships at a senior level with Sales & Marketing Directors. You’ll be able to demonstrate your track record in building profitable growth for your clients.

You’ll be a bright self-starter, not afraid to challenge. You’ll have a strategic brain but not be afraid to roll your sleeves up. You’ll have a strong understanding of the sales process and role of Sales CRM, eCRM and digital. You will be data-savvy, and able to manage high-pressure projects, delivering on time every time.

You will be highly organized, with strong communication ability, verbal and written, and be able to influence and persuade at all levels. You’ll be a confident presenter, and be flexible in your style. You’ll know how to plan and deliver projects profitably, and you will ensure the right level of delivery, handling client relationships wisely.
