Job Details

Field Sales Solutions provides retail sales solutions to a portfolio of big brand names, delivering some ambitious growth plans and is expanding rapidly!

The Role…

  • As a Retail Development Manager, you will plan, deliver and exceed business targets for one of our key clients.
  • You will join our Ferrero UK team, representing well-known brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise to local retailers.
  • Working across a defined geographical territory you will meet retailers and take responsibility for hitting your own targets.
  • You will need to analyse complex data, create compelling stories and influence Store Managers to ensure that Ferrero products always enjoy a competitive advantage.

The Ideal Candidate…

  • We are looking for energetic, persuasive and ambitious graduates who have already begun their career within FMCG sales.
  • Ideally, you’ll already have demonstrable experience achieving product sales growth, with the vision to evaluate processes and drive a step change in customer engagement and category performance.
  • You’ll be able to develop solutions, influence customers and inspire continuous improvement.
