The Role: Based from their South East offices, the new Sales Manager will be responsible for both sales and management; you will have four direct reports and will be involved with recruiting, training and mentoring them. The role also involves looking after some accounts within the B2B fleet sector, dealing with senior buyers and business owners/directors. Full in-house training is provided and the successful Sales Manager will benefit from opportunities to grow their sales team and consequently their pay packet.

The Company: With a global sales turnover in excess of £400 million and nearly seventy years of expertise behind them, our client is a leading provider of top quality trucks and they now seek a new Sales Manager. Their portfolio also includes finance, servicing and maintenance packages and they employ over 350 people.

For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales skills
• You will have a track record of managing a field sales team in a B2B environment
• Driven, hungry and down-to-earth candidates are required

• £38-40,000 Base Salary
