Your challenge
In this role the key responsibilities will include:-
* Collaborative Planning Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) with supply chain teams at key customers.
* Building baseline forecast and supporting / challenging forecasted promotional and NPD uplifts.
* "Owning" key customer demand process from forecast, through order to delivery and "clean" invoice, communicating along the way and proactively seeking solutions to delivery On Time In Full (OTIF).
* Daily reviews of orders; shortages; delivery issues; and customer intranet data to manage and influence both customer service and expectations, via actions and comprehensive communications.
* Measurement; analysis and action on service; delivery (Culina) and forecast KPIs.
* In-flight tracking, analysis and actions to ensure successful promotional and NPD activity.
* Ensuring product master data synchronization with key customers.
* Development and maintenance of reporting on sales and brand performance.
* Building and driving joint initiatives with a top 5 retailer to deliver sustainable Supply Chain efficiencies
Key skills & experience
You will:
* Have a minimum of two years' experience working in a customer facing environment.
* Ability to influence senior members of the business
* Proven background in demand forecasting and management, in FMCG / fast paced environment.
* Commercially aware and a strong communicator, to Supply Chain & Sales / Marketing.
* Ability to build effective business relationships with customers and other functions at all levels, via excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Be able to demonstrate a high level of commercial awareness.
* Have strong analytical & problem solving capability.
* Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Be flexible, resilient & challenging.

TM Telford is a state of the art yogurt production facility in Telford, Shropshire which is focused on the development of the company’s presence in the UK private label yogurt market.
To make its range of dairy products, the company buys milk from more than 1,200 British dairy farmers, all of whom are Red Tractor Farm Assured.
Müller Wiseman Milk Group Dairy members elect a representative farmer board which works with the company to discuss milk supply issues, including the Group’s commitment to maintain a competitive milk price and contractual position.
