Job Details

Our client is an innovative manufacturer in the ambient food sector. Due to a period of sustained growth, the company is now seeking a predominantly site-based National Account Manager to focus on managing some key foodservice accounts.

The Role – Key Responsibilities:

-          Develop an extensive network, penetrating 2 key accounts whilst having a wider remit to build other customer relationships across the foodservice arena (both distributors and end users)

-          Take full P&L responsibility for this area of the business, working cross-functionally to ensure that the budgetary figures are reached and exceeded

-          Ensure a strongly customer-orientated approach, putting their needs first in order to create and build upon strong commercial partnerships

The Candidate – Key Requirements:

-          Experience of  the foodservice channel, either distributors or end users, on a national level, is essential

-          Demonstrable experience of sustained account growth

-          Excellent communication skills

-          Strong influencing skills, at all levels

-          Ambition and able to demonstrate quick career progression to date
