Summary

The key objective of the Senior National Account Manager is to profitably grow the business between our Client and one of the top four grocers. Whilst building a relationship which enables the rapport between both companies to be developed to withstand pure market pressure. Developing the business relationship to deliver faster growth in all categories. Ultimately to deliver a minimum of budgeted volume/turnover and profit margins, fully P&L accountable.

Description

As a Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing JBP relationship with a top four grocer, ensuring it delivers Company's objectives and KPI's.

You will forecast volumes by SKU's on a monthly rolling basis, driving budgeted objectives as well as forecast, manage and control promotional discounts, and/or lump sum budgets in line with the targeted volumes, agreed at the annual budget planning and review period meetings.

You will also develop new opportunities for additional incremental profitable business, manage and control the NPD launch in the Account in line with the support from Category and Marketing Departments.

You will also manage and control the pricing of the products and ranges through the Financial and Marketing Departments, delivering a profitable result for the Company, whilst achieving the customer requirements.


Profile

Successful Senior National Account Manager will have experience of managing a top four grocer account with full P&L and JBP responsibility.

The role will suit a National Account Manager who is looking for a next step in their career, as well as an accomplished SNAM looking to develop their career with one of the top FMCG food brands.

Ideally you will have branded food and NPD experience.

Due to the office location, I would like to hear from the candidates based in the Southern Home Counties.
