Our leading food retail client wishes to appoint a Food Trends Researcher into their Culinary Insights team.
This is an exciting new position where you will play a pivotal role in driving the future innovation pipeline. Each element of the role will bring a new dimension of food inspiration which you will be expected to present to the internal and external food experts to help drive the creative strategy for the future.


The main responsibilities include:


-Research and collate trend and market data to feed into the directional framework process, seasonal culinary trend boards, product forums and NPD presentations
-Create professional quality visual presentations and trend boards to support cross group NPD and NPD senior leadership team presentations for internal/ external conferences & events
-Support the Director of Product Development with NPD performance reports and dashboard
-Help create directional travel packs for all benchmarking visits abroad
-Help develop and maintain the food trend studio as an inspiring resource for innovation

You will be passionate about food and drink and enjoy researching the market place for the next new trends. With your excellent project management skills, you will be creative in your presentations and present ideas with flair. You will be a strong communicator and you will engage and influence key stakeholders including the Product Developers, Innovations Chefs and Brand and Marketing teams.
