Product Manager- Premium Beauty

Our client is recognised for their dynamic marketing strategy and forward-thinking innovation. A dominant market-share leader, our client enjoys a strong position within the beauty sector.

Due to recent expansions within the team, they are seeking a commercially focussed Beauty Product Manager to manage the planning and execution of exciting brand launches and activities across their Spa and Salon businesses. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will work cross functionally to develop marketing strategies that will drive continued growth in this area. This will also involve developing compelling communications that will raise awareness of their brands across different channels. This role will give you the opportunity to influence the strategy as well as executing it into the local market.

The successful candidate will be degree educated, have a strong marketing background and experience managing Spa and Salon accounts. A passion for customers is a must, developed in either an FMCG or retail environment. You must have a commercial approach and be a flexible team player with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to fixed deadlines. A creative approach is also required along with experience in design, print buying, copy writing and a feel for visual merchandising.
