Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG commercial professional looking to join a business at the forefront of their category within the UK Grocery.
Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing the Tesco account and take responsibility of P&L and agreeing JBPs with the customer. You will have Own Label experience / knowledge with evidence of developing the customer at Head Office level. Experience of working with short-shelf life food products would also be advantageous.
The successful candidate will have the following:-
- Proven Sales or Category experience with a large UK Grocery retailer for Own Label products with a short-shelf life
- JBP experience and negotiating with Buyers at Head Office level (ideally Tesco but not essential)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Proven track record in customer development with good relationship skills
- Comfortable with working in the East Midlands on a daily basis
- Ideally degree educated
