As one of the leaders in their sector of the non-food FMCG market place, our client is recruiting due to further expansion and significant investment within the away from home commercial team. As manufacturers of some of the most recognisable household brands they have just launched a new and exciting brand into to the AFH market and you will play a major part in driving key strategic growth initiatives, taking responsibility for some of their most strategic partners as well as putting a real focus on growing and developing new profitable customer relationships.

The Role:
- Managing relationships with major partners as well as emerging strategic sectors for this quality brand across Scotland and the North of England.
- Developing New Business within a mixture of wholesaler, distributor and end user customers across multiple sectors.
- Driving profitable activity at end user level whilst maximising volume relationships with key wholesalers and distributors.
- Promotional Planning.
- Execution of Marketing Initiatives.

The Person:
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working with wholesalers and end user buyers within the AFH/ foodservice market
- Although managing some existing accounts you will relish the challenge of developing and winning new business.
- A strong sales background ideally gained within a B2B, foodservice or away from home environment.
- You will be passionate about the industry - The away from home environment is unique where the boundaries and limits are endless.
- Your business attitude, autonomy, accountability and empowerment will be evident from day one.
- Change/Challenge, nothing stands still and there is always an alternative way, the ideal individual will embrace and drive change and challenge. We are looking for people that can make and deliver a step change in performance.
- Possess the high work ethic, drive and ambition to maximise the full potential of this brand within the market.
- Able to think outside of the box, you will demonstrate a proven record of high achievement throughout your career to date.
