Business Unit Controller

An exciting opportunity has arisen to take responsibility for a Grocery Business Unit, within one of the most innovative companies in the industry.

Our client has become one of the most recognized brands in FMCG. Continually pushing the boundaries, they have truly raised the bar and set the standards in one of the most competitive categories in the industry and now due to continued progression they are looking to recruit an experienced leader to take responsibility of a Team of 4 across Grocery Retailers, with a new focus on Discounters and E-Commerce.

The ideal candidate will be Blue Chip trained and have a proven track record of success within the Grocery Channel. You will be highly commercial, with strong negotiation skills and a results focus. You will be a strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of Category, Shopper and MS&P functions and be comfortable operating at a Senior Level. Given the high profile of the Customers, you will be a proven leader and be able to demonstrate leadership over management skills.

Located in West London, you will be office based with regular travel to the customer.

Salary is up to £85K + package, dependent on experience, and some great perks.
