Junior Customer Technical Manager
This is a great opportunity for a junior technical candidate or even a technical graduate to manage a retailer account within a fresh produce business
The role:
-To be point of contact for the customer
-Ensuring the supply base is fit for purpose
-Ensure customer specifications are accurate and up to date
-Keep up to date on technical requirements
-Work with the product developers to deliver NPD and support the customer category plan
-Provide support and cover for other member within the technical team
The candidate:
-Ideally be educate to degree level
-Knowledge / experience within horti / fresh produce
-Ability to manage customers
-A willingness to learn with strong work ethic
-Excellent communication skills at all levels
-Flexible approach to work
-Excellent attention to detail.
