Packaging Buyer
Our client is a well know supplier of fresh produce into the retailer sector, and they are looking to recruit a packaging buyer to join the team.
The role:
-Working closing with the NPD and commercial teams to understand range development and packing -plan / hardware requirements
-Monitor stocks levels
-Organise new quotes and confirm order requirements once items are approved
-Artwork approval
-Issue briefs for new product requirements
The candidate :
-Knowledge and experience of packaging supply chains
-Understanding of UK retail supply is essential
-Excellent verbal and written communication
-Stock control and planning
-Highly numerate and organised
