Recognised as one of the leading providers of community care equipment and services, my client provides assistive equipment for the elderly and people with disabilities. Providing integrated communicated equipment, this business provides tools that makes somebody’s life more comfortable. Growing from a business worth in excess of £20 million to £110 million in the short space of 5 years, these are exciting times. This is a company which gives back to community and is a great business to be part of, offering products to assist with palliative care and allowing people to live independently. At this time, they are facing a large restructure which has resulted in the creation of two new positions. As a result my client is seeking high quality candidates with account management experience to fit into their successful business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business that really cares about the community. This is a diverse role and will have you working with London boroughs, speaking with the community and health services combined, looking to add value to your existing customers. You will be working to create account plans, increasing the presence of the business and identifying areas for growth. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work with them to identify new opportunities and add to the ever expanding portfolio. Part of your role will have you feeding back to the operations team what problems customers are currently facing and looking for solutions for to these.

It is essential that you have experience managing a sizeable turnover within your account portfolio.  You must have a ‘go fix it’ attitude and be able to handle the pressure that the job entails. As this is a field based role you must be able to work autonomously and be a driven individual.
