My client is a global icon within the field of colour cosmetics, fragrance and personal care, emerging from the American market place almost 80 years ago. Having a strong reputation within the industry for producing innovative new products at affordable prices, the business is targeted to the mass market and consumers of all ages. Recently, the business has experienced a lot of change, adding National Account Controller levels to the company structure. As a result, this means that career progression within the business is strong and there is a distinct ladder to develop to the next stage in your career. Currently employing more than 70 people at their UK office, the business is very family led and promotes an open door culture towards its employees. 

In order to continue their excellent relationships with both Tesco and Sainsbury’s whilst their Senior National Account Manager is away from the business, they seek someone to join them on an interim contract.  These accounts combined are worth a total £9 million for the business and contribute significantly to their brands visibility in the market. Reporting to the National Account Controller, your role will be to work with the large product portfolio and look to ensure that sell through is at its highest. A large part of your role will be to identify areas where the business could do better and create the appropriate solutions to ensure these problems are rectified. Additionally, you will work cross functionally alongside marketing and New Product Development.

In order for you to excel in this role, it is essential that you have the relevant experience, so it is a must that you have previously worked alongside either Tesco or Sainsbury’s. In addition, my client is looking for somebody who has worked within the cosmetics or personal care industries.
