We’re looking for a B2C Systems Support Specialist, based in Gatwick, to join our Business to Consumer (B2C) team. You’ll be rewarded with an attractive package and more importantly, you’ll be working with a range of products that will inspire you.

Our Story
Nestlé SA is the world’s leading health, wellness and nutrition company, with over seven thousand employees in the UK and Ireland alone across the 19 sites of all our business. We are proud to produce some of Britain’s best loved brands such as Kit Kat, Nescafé, Smarties, Buxton, Nespresso, Go Cat and Shreddies. Around 95% of UK households consume our brands and more than two billion Nestlé products are sold in the UK every year.

Nespresso – a name synonymous with quality and luxury.

The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee, just like a skilled barista. From this beginning more than twenty-five years ago, the Nespresso brand concept - exceptional Grand Cru coffees, smart, stylish coffee machines and personalised, exclusive services - has revolutionised the way people enjoy their coffee and has evolved from pioneer to being the reference in portioned premium coffee.

Nespresso launched in the UK & ROI in 2001 and had enjoyed significant growth year on year. The Nespresso Out Of Home Sales team works closely as a unit, and are collectively ambitious for the brand they represent. Whilst we have a diverse range of skills and people, the team is united in its goal for Nespresso to enjoy a market-leading position in the world of premium coffee.

Our Opportunity
We’re looking for a passionate and commercial operational professional who will help make Nespresso the best-in-class brand with our Strategic Partners by managing and leveraging the Nespresso commercial support portals and reports.

You’ll be able to manage Nespresso Trade Tool (NTT) System launched in October and monitor the usage, its accuracy and its development. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with large organisations within the FMCG sector, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

You
You’ll be an experienced B2C Systems Support Specialist from a commercial operational background or field sales role and be able to evidence a logical process mind-set and an understanding of the B2C with systems knowledge.

You’ll be accustomed to leading and managing the transitions and training all key stake holders and agencies. monitoring and managing the quality of data input and taking corrective action as required. You’ll be expected to analyse data and recommend corrective action to optimise agreed KPI's with key stake holders. Working closely with the National Sales Manager to agree content for each sales cycle and working with Key stake holders to agree the publication of the cycle folder (via NTT) will be a significant part of your role.

You’ll be motivated and driven, and looking for a brand that you can really get hold of as your own. We encourage independence and creativity, and you’ll be given as much responsibility as you can handle.

We have a friendly and supportive team and a coaching and mentoring environment with real opportunities for future development and progression – this really could be a move towards the exciting career you’ve always wanted.

What you need to know
Nestlé has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role, a competitive pension, up to 5% bonus and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 12 days.
