HEAD of REVENUE MANAGEMENT

Office based with flexibility – East Midlands.

As part of the global Bright Food Group, further investment in NPD and Marketing is planned with a strong focus on substantial future growth both in the UK and Internationally. As a result we are now looking to recruit a Head of Revenue Management

A newly created role, the Head of Revenue Management will be a key member of the UK Grocery Business senior team and will report directly to the UK Commercial Director.  Working cross-functionally and in conjunction with the Business Unit Controllers and the Commercial Director across all trade channels and customers, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of all pricing and promotion activities to deliver robust commercial agreements with the company’s major customers. You will chair regular Pricing & Promotional Group Review meetings, manage specific pricing and promotional projects, initiate and plan for price moves and support the development of customer JBP’s to ensure that they are delivered within budget.

Of graduate calibre, you must be financially & commercially astute and be able to communicate effectively across all areas of the business. Your previous experience will have been gained within a customer facing & collaborative Commercial, MS&P, Buying or Commercial Finance role. You will be able to demonstrate a knowledge & understanding of Commercial P&L management, key revenue drivers and be financially & analytically robust, capable of operating in a fast paced environment. Whilst previous FMCG food or drinks experience will be an advantage, consideration will be given to exceptional candidates with relevant experience outside of this sector.

The role is office based in Kettering with some flexibility to work away from the office.
