Trade Marketing Manager – Shavers (Uxbridge area UB9 6NS)

This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for managing the full activation plan for shavers in the UK and in Ireland, in cooperation with the local sales team and in line with the European strategy.

The successful candidate will analyse the available data for insights (market and sales), identify opportunities and recommendations, prepare new product launches and coordinate national promotional plans from creation-up to in-store availability.

He / she will play a key role in supporting the drive for distribution with the sales team and key stake holders in the UK, exploring new markets and channels, presenting the action plans to the local sales teams: training, motivating and supporting them to achieve targeted results.

Experience and Skills

  • Higher education (marketing discipline preferred)
  • Relevant (Trade) marketing experience
  • Financial awareness (P&L / Budgets)
  • Analytical skills: ability to analyse data of different categories & fully understand the trends of the market and provide insight accordingly
  • Impactful presentation skills
  • Creative mindset: propose recommendations for short term & middle long term priorities & targets
  • Project Management
  • Good communication skills and ability to motivate /convince
  • Good level of energy and autonomy
  • Team oriented
