This non-food FMCG organisation have over a 40% market share globally in the core category in which they operate. They are constantly re-inventing the wheel with their fantastic innovation pipeline and have an extremely loyal customer base. They are at the top of their game when it comes to training & development and their employees are at the core of everything they do. Their UK business is split into two product categories and all of the brands within these categories are prevalent on our supermarket shelves. They pride themselves on the progression opportunities and employees tend not to be doing the same role longer than 18 months before being promoted through the business. This role is working on across their biggest UK brands!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the biggest brand portfolio within the UK business. With 3 direct reports (1 x SBM & 2 x BMs) you will lead your team to achieve all KPI’s which encompass sales, share and margin objectives. You will deputise for the Marketing Manager as and when necessary. This role has great visibility not only in the UK but will pay a big role in developing the European Marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a current Group Brand Manager working in a classical FMCG environment or a Senior Brand Manager looking to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you will have strong local experience and have worked with one of your current employers largest brands. Strong commercial skills are essential within this role, as is the ambition to progress your career within a rewarding environment where you’ll have access to exceptional training & development.
