Paying up to £35k + Excellent Bonus +Benefits
Currently recruiting for a Food Buyer to join a high-end retailer. The Retailer is looking for a Buyer who has grocery experience or equivalent. The right candidate must have excellent organisation skills, strong negotiation skills, must be highly analytical with good presentation skills and must be passionate about the brand and product.
Key activities include:
Reviewing product margins to maximise products
Using the EPOS system to make sure pricing are kept up to date
Building relationships with suppliers
Competitor analysis to make sure pricing remains competitive
