Reporting into the Senior Category Manager, the Category Manager will be working for one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers. Renowned for being passionate innovators, this company provide a unique solution that delivers better taste, nutrition, convenience and value.

This business is currently turning over in excess of £250million within the UK and due to continued year on year growth, there is now a requirement for a Category Manager to join their team on one of their largest Top 4 Accounts with a RSV of £100m.

The main responsibility of this role is to work in close collaboration with the account buyers to strengthen and grow the category.

Other Duties Include:  

• Completing range reviews, merchandising and promotion recommendations
• Commissioning qualitative research and managing research projects
• Product management – building propositions for NPD
• Assisting with the look/branding of new products
• Shopper marketing duties
