Do you want the opportunity shape the commercial success of the iconic Hovis brand? As Revenue Growth Manager, you will provide recommendations to deliver the required increase in return on investment from trade spend, and drive both net sales and commercial margin growth through the analysis and modelling of pricing, trade investments and promotions.
Now is a really exciting time to join Hovis. Based in High Wycombe, as part of the Marketing Strategy & Planning Team, you will work alongside Sales, Brand Marketing and Commercial Finance to construct the optimal architecture on portfolio pricing and promotions, for both existing and new product ranges.
Hovis Limited is a vertically integrated baking and flour milling business currently operated by The Gores Group as part of a stand-alone joint venture. The Company was created in April 2014 to help release new investment to upgrade its operational infrastructure and reinvigorate the Hovis brand, building on its rich heritage. Newly appointed Executive Chairman Nish Kankiwala is bringing a wealth of commercial and marketing experience from previous roles with Unilever, Pepsico and Burger King.
Hovis Limited employs approximately 3,800 people at nine bakeries, six flour mills and two regional distribution centres across the UK. Hovis is one of the largest bakery brands in the UK and amongst the best known food brands in the country. Hovis Limited also makes Mothers Pride, Ormo and retailer branded bakery products and supplies flour to a range of customers under its Rank Hovis, Fleming Howden and Holgran trading platforms.
Your Skills and Experience
- Ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timelines
- Ability to build strong and productive relationships with key internal contacts
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and innovative idea generation
- Familiar with market data research sources and tools (Bloomberg, Nielsen, etc)
- Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving skills
