Retail Development Executives – Ferrero

Area to Cover: Chelmsford, Ipswich, Cambridge, Colchester

Salary: £17,500

Our Retail Development Executives are graduates with an appetite for career development. We’re looking for people who are really hungry to learn about sales from the ground up – building their skills in a challenging role in the fiercely competitive store environment.

FSS works with major retail companies to enhance sales at a store level. You will join our Ferrero UK team, representing well-known brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise.

Working across a defined geographical territory, you will build strong relationships with store teams, improve in-store merchandising and maximise product visibility. There is so much scope to learn quickly about sales and merchandising – and FSS offers genuine opportunities to progress too.

What’s really important is that you can plan and manage your time in a structured way. You’ll be targeted to make a certain number of calls and to deliver results in terms of product profitability. If you’ve got some sales experience already, that would be perfect.

You must have full use of a car and hold a current, clean driving license.
