A very exciting opportunity has arisen for an International Sales Manager to join one of the most talked about and fast growing FMCG brands in the UK today.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the International Sales Manager will have had 3-5 years’ experience running a successful sales operation for a dynamic, fast growing FMCG business. Adept at managing people and putting together comprehensive sales strategies to ensure maximum brand impact in diverse international market places, they will be a brilliant communicator and a passionate ambassador of beer.
Working with the top customers and distributors across the world, you will maintain and develop listings and product ranges in over 50 international markets. Managing a small team of regionally focused direct reports you will offer guidance and leadership to ensure the team continues to provide valuable support to key customers.
A collaborative and communicative team leader, you will work in partnership with production and logistics departments to manage and ensure lead times and the supply route internationally.
Responsibilities
Identifying and developing a national network of distributors best placed to represent my client in their particular market.
Managing relationships with our top customers throughout the world to identify customer needs and opportunities within diverse markets
Leading a small but focused international sales team to ensure the quality and accessibility of our beers
Working collaboratively with our production and logistics team to ensure our brewery is best equipped to meet international customer demands and supersede expectations.
Experience
3+ years’ experience running a successful international sales team.
Experience of managing key national distributor accounts and international customers
Adept at developing and maintaining great relationships with customers to obtaining high profile listings in international markets
Drinks industry experience is a plus but not essential
