Job Details

Our Client has an amazing story to tell based on its UK successes for over 30 years.  Being part of a fiercely competitive sector in branded Drinks and despite generating a healthy £30m sales they are relentless in their pursuit winning the hearts and minds of consumers and customers for that matter at the point of sale.  This is an opportunity for a sharp minded Category professional to champion new insights and activation in this leadership role.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage a small team with two principal objectives: To further the organization’s status as a leader in its category through the implementation and evolution of a vision that will deliver a creative shopper engagement strategy. 

You will have a true understanding of category management, ideally combined with a working knowledge of shopper marketing methods.  You’ll demonstrate a valued appreciation for brands and product offering at the point of sale.  At very least you’ll drive an infectious passion for delivering results. 

Enthusiasm won’t be enough on its own.  You will be judged on performance, so you’ll combine boundless energy, original ideas, solid category and shopper marketing understanding.  Capable of changing attitudes and new thinking across the business, your priority will be the effective deployment of category and shopper marketing strategy. 

You’ll bring an instinct for insight and in-store creativity to this role. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fascinating category, as well as a unique brand and business culture.
