Sales Director

Due to a recent international transfer, a superb opportunity has arisen to head up the Coats Crafts UK business as Sales Director.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the strategic objectives, leading the commercial function and ensuring effective communication strategies.

You will play a pivotal role in the future success and growth of the business, responsible for devising, implementing and managing customer facing functions for multi-channel retail accounts.

For this position of Sales Director an ability to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the business operations and budgetary targets will ensure that you are able to identify new opportunities to add value to and grow the company's market share

Candidates for the role of Sales Director will need:

• A demonstrable track record of business management
• Inspirational and proven leadership skills
• Strong financial planning across sales, marketing and operational functions
• A customer centric approach
• Proven methodology for managing large national accounts and independent craft retailers

Location: Whilst this is a national role the successful Sales Director will either be located in the West Yorkshire office or be there a minimum of three days per week
