Regional Wholesale Account Executive
Navson is a progressive and dynamic company operating in the FMCG arena. Our product range encompasses many sectors including retail, wholesale, cash & carry and foodservice. Due to our expanding product portfolio and client base, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with an ambitious and driven sales individual.
Ideally you must exposure to the cash and carry channel is essential, with a minimum 12 months track record in dealing with Cash & Carry & Delivered Wholesale at buyer level. Must demonstrate account management, pipeline management, JBP and the capability to negotiate & present at all levels.
Job role responsibilities:
Working closely with the Sales Director, you will be managing existing Delivered Wholesale and Cash & Carry accounts.
Ideal candidate must:-
- Live in and around Birmingham
- Demonstrate excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Manage sales cycle, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
- Create and implement joint business plans, to deliver commercial outcomes with customers.
- Display exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise key accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation skills are essential.
- Establish relationships with decision-makers.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPI's.
- Maintain all CRM functions and reporting mandates.
