To help us continue our growth ambitions within Nichols Dispense, we are currently looking for a talented Business Development Manager for Scotland. Reporting into our Commercial Manager, you will hold P&L responsibility for your accounts including customer investment. You will demonstrate your success through building and implementing commercially focused joint business plans with customers, managing budget controls and maximising profitability. You will be managing a multi-brand portfolio for which you will be responsible for both the volume and financial forecasting. Working to challenging deadlines, you will be required to deliver new distribution and NPD in line with brand and channel plans. Although managing existing accounts is an aspect of the role, developing new business will predominate.

Nichols Dispense focuses on the production and distribution of soft drinks that are dispensed and sold in pubs, bars and restaurants. Our customers range from national and regional accounts in pub, club, retail, fast food, healthcare, education, leisure and hospitality sectors to name but a few. Therefore, of graduate calibre, applicants require successful market relevant experience. You must be familiar with multi-brand portfolios and will have a track record of managing On-Premise/Hospitality/Food Service accounts. The successful candidate will clearly demonstrate strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills; as a person, you should take an open and honest approach to business and exhibit passion and enthusiasm in your work.
