We have an opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our talented On Trade team to be based in Gloucester & Cheltenham . Reporting to a Regional Sales Director, you will adopt a total territory ownership of all routes to market. We are a brands led business and your agenda will be to develop our brand presence regardless of route to market. You will be working with Partner Wholesalers, National and Regional Pub Groups/Brewers and Independent Free Trade customers to ensure Heineken brands are available to the Gloucester & Cheltenham public.
 
The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and looking to develop their career with a global brand leader.
 
Experience Required: 

• Strong interpersonal, influencing / persuasion skills with the ability to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts.
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships coupled with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of Account Management in FMCG industry gained in local market a distinct advantage.
• Record of achievement of delivery in a commercial environment, demonstrating excellence in both planning and implementation.
