Regional Sales Manager - Coventry

We currently have an opportunity for a talented Regional Sales Manager to cover the Coventry Region.
 
As Regional Sales Manager, reporting to Regional Sales Director, you will deliver increased commercial value for Heineken & our customers by developing the availability and appeal of our brands for consumers at the point of purchase, through a total territory ownership approach.
 
Experience Required 

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a commercial sales environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing / persuasion skills with the ability to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts
  • Record of achievement of delivery in a commercial environment, demonstrating excellence in both planning and implementation. 

Reporting to a Regional Sales Director, key responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead, develop & manage profitable market share growth through Direct, Indirect and Leased & Tenanted routes to market.
  • Adopt a Total territory Ownership approach across all routes to market – Monthly Journey plan will be segmented according to Channel priorities & brand activation within those channels.
  • Management of activation budgets set within territory across all routes to market.
  • Execute & Activate HEINEKEN UK Brand agenda specific to channel.
  • Deliver targeted Volume & Margin within Direct Account Base.
  • Lead the Quality Agenda with every customer.
