My client, an innovative industry leader in the health and beauty category, are looking for a progressive Account Development manager to join their Own Label Product Management team.
This exciting multi-disciplinary position will see you combining account and product management; co-ordinating and managing key retail relationships, taking responsibility for your own account management and commercial success, in addition to being a working closely with the NPD team on product concept generation, risk assessment, branding and packaging innovation.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Strong account management experience within the FMCG industry
- An interest in the health, beauty and personal care category
- Experience working with product conception and development
- An ability to develop strong commercial relationships
- Highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Be comfortable working within the Midlands region on a day-to-day basis
- Graduates preferred
