Our client Fine Foods, best supplier for the last 4 years, is a true luxury heritage brand and are now embarking on the next step with exciting plans for Europe.

Reporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for an International Account Manager to support these expansion plans.

The role is to develop a business plan and sales strategy that will deliver both profit and growth across a range of European retailers and independent distributors/agents and also potentially outside Europe. The account portfolio will be split between current and new business. There will be extensive travel to meet customers and you must have the export / international knowledge of European retailers that will enable you to manage customers remotely.

Your KPI’s will include developing sales targets and joint marketing strategies, driving sales and managing the trade promotional spend for each market.  

Ideal candidates will be from an FMCG – food background with current experience of working with European retailers and distributors. This will have provided you with classical sales training and an understanding of the core needs of export account management/distributor management. However most importantly you must possess the entrepreneurial attitude that can drive this business forward backed up with a passion for quality food.
