Are you looking to progress to controller in the next couple of years?

We are working with a Branded Blue-chip skincare manufacturer to recruit a Senior National Account Manager to head up their relationships with all top 4 grocery multiples.

With a multi-billion yearly retail sales, 5,000 employees throughout the world, Products distributed in 80 countries and 4 products in the Top 20 on the dermatology market this is a great opportunity to develop and grow the grocery channel and take ownership of the success that the company have forecast within the grocery channel.

Main Duties:

•             Achievement of annual sales and gross margin targets for channels and customers.

•             To integrate the voice of the retailer and shopper into marketing plans to develop leading sales campaigns and business plans.

•             Primary contact to develop relationship with national accounts including brand review, new launches, new planograms and promotional activity

•             Develop with marketing relevant trade promotional activity in the context of the marketing strategy, including tracking & ROI optimisation.

•             In collaboration with marketing, develop a sales launch plan and launch all new products to trade

•             Develop customer orientated category solutions

•             Lead development and negotiation of annual Terms of Trade agreements, including investment allocations, stock weight, and share of shelf, planograms, promotional activity and relevant tracking documentation

•             Manage Trade promotions budget

•             Provide monthly business reviews including sales, growth, promotional activity, distribution, competitor movement and Trade activity

The ideal Candidate will come from an FMCG background with experience managing supplier relationships with the Top4 Grocery retailers.
