The role of Sales Merchandiser:
Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager you will cover parts of Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Warwickshire and be responsible for:
Improving the sell-through of the company’s brands by working closely with leading garden retailers.
Merchandising products on fixtures
Winning and merchandising secondary display sites
Using POS material to maximise the company’s visibility and impact in store
Identifying low-stock situations and taking sales orders
This is a Monday to Friday role but some weekend work will be required during peak sales times.

The person:
Suitable candidates for this Sales Merchandiser role will have the following profile:
Living in the Surrey, Berkshire or Oxfordshire area
Previous experience as a Sales Representative or Merchandiser or as a retail sales assistant within a garden centre
Ambitious and keen to progress into a more senior roles
Physically fit and able to install product displays and point-of-sale material
Great communication skills with a real ability to build customer relationships
Highly motivated and reliable
