Job Details
Following an internal move, one of the most desirable branded FMCG businesses are seeking an exceptional National Account Controller, to lead a team across a top 3 multiple.
Reporting into the Trading Director, you will have full P&L accountability across one of their most strategically important customers and categories. You will have overall budget and strategic autonomy, whilst looking to build on excellent customer relationships at a senior level to ensure business plans are implemented effectively.
Working with an enviable portfolio of market leading brands, you will lead a team of 5 account managers, playing a pivotal role in their development - whilst also being seen as a key figure within the commercial leadership team. For high performers, there are fantastic opportunities for further progression across the organisation in the UK and Internationally.
We are seeking top talent; ideally those currently working in a blue chip FMCG or Retail Buying capacity. You will have exceptional negotiation and leadership capabilities and possess a strong track record within the Grocery or High St Channel. This would be a great progressive move for an existing SNAM / Senior Buyer seeking greater autonomy and increased line management, or indeed a current Controller, keen to enhance their development within a truly great business.
