Due to an exciting new partnership with RB, ShopSmart Agency are recruiting for a team of Field Sales Executives who will be working within symbol and independent convenience retailers, driving availability and rate of sale across a variety of categories.

Salary: £19k, 20% bonus plus company car

Location:  Scotland Central Belt and East Midlands

The Role

• You will be the face of the brands, developing strong customer relationships
• Delivery of our client objectives and targets
• Responsible for driving rate of sale
• Distribution in every outlet through both car sales and influencing through the stores own ordering system
• Availability, Visibility and Promotional Compliance
• Accurate Reporting and market intelligence

The person we are looking for:

• A Game Changer!
• Ready for a challenge and focused on delivering results
• Experience in field sales and marketing
• Understanding of key fascias and processes within the C&I sector
• An excellent negotiator   
• Previous experience in Household / Health industry desirable
• Professionalism, integrity and reliability
