Are you looking for a graduate opportunity that gives you early responsibility and the potential for rapid career progression? Are you ready to throw yourself into a challenging role, learning every day and proving your commitment? Then a sales role with FSS is the perfect place to start.

We work with major retail companies to enhance sales at a local level. You will join our Ferrero UK team, representing well-known brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise to local retailers. So, with such big names behind you, you’ll already have a head start. You’ve got to be persuasive, articulate, capable of visiting retailers and educating them on customer behaviours, product display and sales techniques.

Working across a defined geographical territory you will meet retailers and take responsibility for hitting your own targets. You need to be able to follow a structured approach and be accountable for your performance – really getting to grips with best practice in merchandising, stock management and product visibility. Energy, dynamism and confidence are vital. Ideally, you’ll have some sales experience already.
