National Account Manager – 12 Maternity cover contract role

The company:

Our client is a true market leading supplier of greetings cards and affiliated products with an impressive portfolio of products.

The role:

Due to an upcoming maternity absence they are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to care take a portfolio of major retail customers. The role will require on average 3 days per week at the company’s Northern based head office.

The company has an extremely strong reputation in the greetings industry and supplies a wide range of retail customers. This position will be managing an existing portfolio of prestigious customers on the company’s own brand sales team. You will work be responsible for managing a portfolio of between 8 – 9 key retail customers including the likes of BHS, Tesco and Waitrose amongst others. You will work closely with the product management, design and customer service team within the specialist own label sales team.

The person:

A dynamic and charismatic individual, the ideal candidate will have national account experience gained in the FMCG industry, experience of the greetings or related sectors as well as experience of own label product sales will be a distinct advantage.
