Produce Investments portfolio includes recently acquired Jersey Potato Company, Kent Potato Company, Rowe Farming, Swancote Foods and Restrain Company with significant growth plans in place to continue to develop the group.

At Greenvale our success is built on working closely with our partners throughout the supply chain to deliver outstanding service and quality for our customers and growers alike. We now require an established Sainsbury’s Senior National Account Manager to lead this account as well as manage other growing retail accounts across the business.

The Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage the Greenvale relationship at all levels with Sainsbury’s and other retail accounts to deliver sustainable growth in market share and profitability.
  • Drive category insight and innovation to explore and deliver commercial opportunities that position Greenvale as a leading supplier within their category.
  • To champion internally and externally the best commercial practices to influence, shape and support Sainsbury’s objectives.

The Person

  • A proven Commercial Manager in the food industry with an established track record and tool kit for leading the Sainsbury’s account growth.
  • An in-depth understanding of category management, negotiation skills and experience of leading a cross functional team to deliver customer excellence.
  • A good organiser with excellent people skills and financial acumen, able to solve problems and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the supply chain.
