There's a huge appetite for our Müllerlicious dairy products and it's growing bigger. We're determined to give our customers more of what they want, so to find out exactly how our milk gets their taste buds going, and what we can do to make them even more delighted with it, our sales and marketing team is looking for an expert Customer Category Analyst.

Your challenge

It's knowledge that drives great marketing. You'll be responsible for gathering, analysing and turning data into informative reports that will make decision making faster and better for our marketing , category and sales teams. This will involve managing data collection and distribution systems, updating new product development trackers with top line summaries and issuing monthly news flashes.

You will:

* Carry out monthly updates for existing reporting systems

* Ensure the accuracy of Nielsen and Kantar data

* Collate grocery and dairy reporting through score cards

* Issue business review reports

Key skills & experience

Graduate calibre or equivalent and preferably with a background in an FMCG sales environment, ideally you'll be at home with market data such as Nielsen and Kantar as well as retailer systems, but this isn't essential as we can provide you with that experience if you can learn quickly on the job. What you must have is good numeracy, analytical, time management and organising skills.

You must also have:

* Good PC literacy

* Keen attention to detail and a high level of drive and commitment

* Motivation, resilience, persistence and a passion for challenges

* Excellent interpersonal skills
