Home based – North/M62

Working closely with its FMCG brand partners the company supplies a wide range of top name

brands across alcoholic and soft drinks, grocery, confectionery, household and healthcare categories.

The Regional Account Manager role will focus on the company’s range of key grocery and confectionery brands including Jordan’s, Ryvita, Twinings, Douwe Egberts, Chewits, Ricola plus others. Working exclusively

within the Convenience Retail channel  you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of northern based

regional accounts and multi-site operators at head office level.  Your remit will be varied and will include the negotiation of trading agreements, account plans, listings and promotional activity as well as driving distribution and sales of the company’s brands and developing new business opportunities with existing customers.  You will be required to be pro-active and make decisions to manage your customers effectively.

For this position, we want the best. Of graduate calibre, you’ll need relevant FMCG sales experience at Territory Manager, BDE, Account Executive or similar. Your specific channel or category experience is less important than is your passion for building business plus a truly engaging, dynamic and persuasive personality,

real drive and an inspiring record of success. If you have the ambition and the ability to progress eventually in National Accounts then this could be the ideal role for you.

The job role is home based, with candidates living in the North of England ideally in Yorkshire, Lancashire or Cheshire and with good access to the M62.
