RESPONSIBILITY FREQUENCY OBJECTIVE Maintain availability and service level Daily Review daily 3PL availability reports and establish root cause issue by; liaising with 3PL; liaising with supply base     Identify solutions to availablity issues. Inform all stakeholders of issue, solution and timescales.     Monitor stock levels by liaising with Bidvest, to pre-empt any future availability issues.      Contingency planning     Stock planning for seasonal events and promotions     Periodic "Top 10" supplier meetings to address any ongoing or persistent availability issues Stock depth and dead stock management Weekly Monitor any lines with more tan 10 days stock in 3PL. Establish root cause and identify potential solutions     Manage dead stock report; prioritise stock for release and liaise with stakeholders to arrange release of stock New menu and promotional critical path management Ongoing Liaise with business stakeholders to create and maintin annual critical path for new menu launches and promotions     Identify delist products and liaise with 3PL and supply base to run down stock     Identify new product launches and liaise with buyers to achieve product lead-times     Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to maintain and update sales forecasts. Amend procurement plans as necessary     New menu administration; delist form, new line form, control sheet publication to 3PL as per required ciritcal path timescales Database management Ongoing Create and maintain sample log for all new and potential ingredients     Complete analyst entries as directed by the Procurement team, maintain files and update as directed or needed.     Supplier contract database management; timeframes of contract and date for renegotiation; stock commitment tracker; ORD tracking and collection Procurement analysis Monthly Monthly tracking of key commodities with Mintec. Informing buyers of any YOY opportunities, and contracts ready for renewal.     YOY inflation tracking
