With over 40 years’ experience operating across contract manufacturing my client is a long standing business within their product area. Producing globally recognised brands within the personal care industry, their products are sold into a variety of multi-national blue-chip businesses as well as high street retailers here in the UK. They are an innovative business leading the way in product development across mid to premium range products. This has contributed to their rapid growth in recent months and as a result, the business is facing a large restructure and integration project. They now seek a high calibre Account Manager for their site in the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest businesses in contract manufacturing. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for selling the service the business offers, into some of their blue-chip clients and high street retailers. Working with the existing client portfolio you will be tasked with growing the business and maximising its potential. Directly working with customers, this role will require you to work with product creation, working across the full product lifecycle from concept to deliverance. Supporting these reputable health and beauty brands, it is paramount you are able to identify new sales opportunities and achieve growth for the business.
Accordingly, the successful candidate must have prior knowledge of on-site manufacturing, preferably within a personal care environment. Strategic thinking is essential, as the role requires you to see opportunities, react and develop new business. Ideally, the candidate will have experience working across product development and with a creative flair. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly valued business within product manufacturing.
