Ambitious & Internationally recognised food retail branded restaurant requires an excellent business manager to establish its GCC & North African strategy.

If you are a high performing, high calibre food retail or restaurant area/ country manager who has significant experience within complex full service/ full kitchen environments this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

We require someone who is able to take a well established, award winning premium level branded restaurant to greater success. Whilst it would be advantageous if you have Asian dining experience, it is not essential – so long as you hold experience with complex menu’s, service, advertising etc.

You will have held P&L responsibility for much of your career and have the ability to effectively create and design a full brand strategy which will include penetration into new geographies, marketing & advertising, menu redevelopment, payment options, customer service and much more.
