Job Details

Award winning & industry leading international franchise operator requires Arabic speaking business manager to establish the brand strategy for its new retail concept across the MENA region. 

For this role it is imperative that you have an excellent understanding and grasp of both Arabic and English language skills. You will have worked within a refined or premium full service/ full kitchen environment and have considerable experience of excellent operational understanding as well as P&L management at some level.  

As this brand is due to open within the middle of 2015 it would be advantageous if you have experience within a start up retail brand – although this is not essential. 

If you have passion, high business acumen, food retail operation experience then we want to hear from you. 

Our client has secured the franchise rights for a well establish and highly respected restaurant chain who delivers a refined dining experience within Arabic cuisine. The popularity of this brand has evolved rapidly since its inception  several years ago and there menu has been described as ‘daring yet authentic’. Our client has high expectations for this brand and is looking to introduce over 20 outlets across the next 3-5 years. They have a commitment to excellence in service and value in menu offerings and engage and equip their team members to truly be ambassadors of the brand in delivering quality across the restaurant operation. 

The culture of our client is to recognise and reward both individual and group achievements. They have strong remuneration packages including excellent bonus and benefits packages. Included within this role is assistance with private schooling for a candidate who may require this. 

It is vitally important that our client hires the right person for this role. The food division has a clear expectation for this brand but we need someone who can bring that strategy to life and build a high performing team and brand within the MENA region. 

This role could suit someone currently working within a senior operations position who is looking to take full business responsibility for a brand.
