 Established in 1962, Hancocks is the largest UK distributor of sweets, chocolates and confectionary. Through our 20 depots around the UK, we sell a huge confectionery range with a turnover of circa £135 million.

 The Role

 We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual, who has proven success of designing and delivering a strategic marketing plan.

 You will be joining the business at an exciting time so you will be able to hit the ground running, to maximise the strategic growth of the business.  Reporting to the Sales director this role will strategically influence the business and support its continued growth plans with robust marketing plans.

 Size and Scope - Current retail sales circa >£75 million

 Key Focus of the role:

The management of all off line and online marketing activities for both our direct business and our Cash & Carry Business.

Undertake all analysis of Marketing activity demonstrating strong return on investment, with regards to customer lifetime, value and new channels

Development of company brand to ensure Kingsway is recognisable

Management of Hancock positioning, PR & Support agencies

The development of the Kingsway / Kiddysway brand as a recognised and valuable brand

To be successful in this role you will need:-

Previous Marketing experience, with the ability to work under own in initiative

• The ability to manage demanding situations
• To provide professional communications and strategic input to develop company branding and growth
