We are currently looking to recruit an Interim Brand Manager to support our talented Senior Brand Manager in managing our flagship brand - Vimto. As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will play a critical role in leading the brand planning process for the Vimto brand, providing marketing focus in order to drive profitable brand growth. Your responsibilities will include managing the day to day implementation of the consumer, trade and product plans, on time and to budget. You will play an integral part in supporting marketing campaigns across specific regions including festivals and stores as well as engaging in project work. BTL activations from a comms point of view will be a major focus of the role but you will also have the opportunity to support ATL activations. You will need to be a strong team player, as you will be working in conjunction with colleagues across multiple disciplines, including events, social media, NPD projects, managing budgets and reporting on brand performance through the analysis of market and sales data.

We're seeking an individual of graduate calibre, either an up and coming Marketer with an FMCG background, demonstrating a passion and enthusiasm for marketing and desire to work hard. Or a more seasoned candidate who has demonstrated brand marketing success within a branded FMCG business that trades with multiple retailers, cash & carry/wholesale and discounters. You must be a strong communicator, comfortable with influencing and presenting to both internal and external stakeholders. With experience of working in cross-functional teams to deliver specific results, you will also exhibit a high degree of commercial awareness, with an understanding of both pricing and promotional strategies. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate examples of creating brand growth through focussed projects.
