The Role: Based in the East Midlands area, the new Regional Account Manager will be selling a full foodservice offering including fresh, chilled, frozen and ambient food into the Horeca sector, dealing with SMEs and corporates. The role is purely new business focused, speaking to chefs, business owners, catering managers and buyers and being tasked with developing a strong pipeline. With some leads being passed from their non-food sales team, this is a great opportunity for the successful regional account manager to develop their career within this huge group.
The Company: This nationally-renowned £billion turnover foodservice company leads the market and is currently looking to recruit a new Regional Account Manager in the East Midlands. With a full foodservice offering in place and a strong reputation, they are recruiting due to bolster their already strong sales team. For this Regional Account Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have a track record of sales in the foodservice industry
  • Sales of food or drinks are both relevant, or for a manufacturer
  • Candidates with a passion for food and cooking are needed
  • You will have a structured sales nature and excellent relationship building skills
